What makes STR Fitness Club different from the others?
Our space combines expert physiotherapy with group and personal training, ensuring a safe, effective, and personalized approach for every client irregardless of their fitness and health goals. Whether you’re a professional athlete or someone recovering from an injury, we prioritize long-term health, injury prevention, and optimal performance with a great ecosystem of services here to ensure that you are well taken care of.
How does the booking system work?
For group classes and memberships programmes, you can click on our links above to do so. For 1:1 sessions such as Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training, get in touch with us and we will help you to arrange the earliest available appointment slot.
Do I need a membership to use the gym or is there an open gym concept?
We are currently a coach-only gym and do not offer open gym memberships. Our space is open based on class schedules and sessions that you have booked with our coaches and therapists.
Can I train while recovering from an injury?
Unless you have any major injuries or health issues in which you have been advised by your doctor to avoid exercising, yes.
Our coaches work closely with our in-house physio and have a wealth of experience and knowledge with modifying and adjusting the exercising depending on your fitness. The small group classes settings also allows for closer and better supervision of you during the class.

Can I only come up to the space when the class is beginning?
Our space has a dedicated outdoor terrace for our community members to hang out before and after their classes and training. Feel free to come and soak in the views of scenery and have a drink to relax, unwind and enjoy!
