Open Gym

Open Gym Access
Capped at 5 pax per hourly slot, train with our official HYROX Center Equipment and state of the art equipment.
Unwind, relax and connect afterwards at our outdoor terrace!

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Engaging the youth and propelling them for long term athletic development while developing lifelong habits and values. Our coaches are specially equipped with the right skillset to motivate and teach the youth population.

Personal Training

Designed specifically for your own personal goals, work with a professional coach with fully guided and supervised sessions to ensure maximal success in achieving your goals.

Sports Massage

Sports massage focuses on preventing and treating sports-related injuries by improving muscle flexibility and reducing tension.

Head Coach l Founder | Physiotherapist

JJ, a former National Youth Wushu Athlete, earned a Physiotherapy degree from Trinity College Dublin and specialized in sports physiotherapy at Sengkang General Hospital. He competes in endurance events like Hyrox — ranking top 6 Singaporean in 2024 — and volunteers with the Special Olympics and Wushu community.

Jing Yong earned an Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University and currently holds a managerial position at a local investment firm. A former competitive athlete in triathlons, track and field, and cross-country running, he now focuses on endurance events such as Hyrox, marathons, and team-based functional fitness races.

Jessica is an experienced and versatile personal trainer with expertise in both strength and hybrid training. She has helped numerous clients achieve both fitness and aesthetic goals, while ensuring that they train safely and efficiently. She competes in half marathons and HYROX, ranking as the top Singaporean woman in both Open (2nd overall, first in AG) and Pro (3rd overall, first in AG) categories in HYROX 2024 races.

Our space combines expert physiotherapy with group and personal training, ensuring a safe, effective, and personalized approach for every client irregardless of their fitness and health goals. Whether you’re a professional athlete or someone recovering from an injury, we prioritize long-term health, injury prevention, and optimal performance with a great ecosystem of services here to ensure that you are well taken care of.

How does the booking system work?

For group classes and memberships programmes, you can click on our links above to do so. For 1:1 sessions such as Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training, get in touch with us and we will help you to arrange the earliest available appointment slot.

Do I need a membership to use the gym or is there an open gym concept?

We are currently a coach-only gym and do not offer open gym memberships. Our space is open based on class schedules and sessions that you have booked with our coaches and therapists.

Can I train while recovering from an injury?

Unless you have any major injuries or health issues in which you have been advised by your doctor to avoid exercising, yes.


Our coaches work closely with our in-house physio and have a wealth of experience and knowledge with modifying and adjusting the exercising depending on your fitness. The small group classes settings also allows for closer and better supervision of you during the class.

Can I only come up to the space when the class is beginning?

Our space has a dedicated outdoor terrace for our community members to hang out before and after their classes and training. Feel free to come and soak in the views of scenery and have a drink to relax, unwind and enjoy!
